We describe every product as accurately as we can — dimensions, materials, surfaces it works on, and honest limitations.
Colors may vary slightly due to screens and lighting.
Our products are designed for cats and small pets as described on each page. Always follow the product manual, and supervise first play sessions.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments and the express providers shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
We may correct pricing errors: if an item's listed price was obviously wrong, we'll contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel with a full refund.

4. Promotions

Discount codes and promotions can't be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may end or change at any time. Compare-at prices reflect the product's regular price on this store.

5. Shipping, returns & guarantee

Covered in detail by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these Terms.

6. Reviews & user content

By submitting a review or photo you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on this store and our marketing. We may remove content that is offensive, false or unrelated to the product.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, product descriptions, photos, graphics and branding — belongs to Catwell or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumer law grants you and that cannot be waived.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the store operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes apply to orders placed after the change.
